Marveen Contacts ("the app") is a private, single-user personal assistant tool. It is operated by and for its individual owner to help manage that owner's own Google Contacts. The app is not a public or multi-tenant service and does not create accounts for other users.
When the owner signs in with Google and grants permission, the app accesses:
The app requests only the contacts scope. It does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or any other Google data.
We do not use contact data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the assistant feature requested by the owner.
We do not sell, rent, or share the owner's contact data with any third party. Data is not transferred to others except as required to operate the Google API on the owner's own behalf, or where required by law.
Marveen Contacts' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Contact data is used only to provide the user-facing assistant feature, is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide that feature, is not used for advertising, and is not used to build profiles.
The app accesses contact data on demand to fulfil the owner's requests. It does not maintain a separate public database of contacts. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are used only to access the owner's own account. The owner can revoke the app's access at any time from their Google Account permissions page.
Access is restricted to the single owner. Credentials and tokens are stored with access controls and are never exposed publicly.
